Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [support email/phone].
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can initiate a return once they receive the product (if applicable).
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
A. Refund Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 15 days of delivery with clear images of the issue.
- Incorrect Product: If the wrong item is delivered, customers can request a replacement or a refund.
- Non-Delivery of Product: If the product is not delivered within the estimated time, customers may request a refund after verifying the shipping details.
B. Refund Process
- Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Customers will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
- Some products may be eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Returns are subject to inspection before processing a refund or exchange.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products, perishable goods, or customized items may not be eligible for refunds.
- Items returned without original packaging or in a used condition may not qualify for a refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
